    In the unlikely event that your item gets lost or damaged, FedEx has insured your parcel for up to $100,000 in transit. We will conduct a full investigation into the claim and work swiftly to resolve it.

  • Are there any additional costs?
    No, there are no additional costs - unless, the user is demonstrating suspicious behavior or wants their item returned.
